1. Stay in a cabin.

The number one thing I want to do this winter is stay in a cabin. I don't know about you, but there is just something so romantic about cuddling up by the fire with a warm cup of hot chocolate with marshmallows of course. I love turning on the fireplace and watching movies under a cozy blanket with my cute husband in our pajamas!

2. Decorate a gingerbread house.

Every year it has been a tradition to decorate gingerbread houses with my In-Laws. We have so much fun pairing off and get very competitive and have a competition for the best one. We really want to win this year! Costco has pre-made gingerbread house kits ready to decorate that we love to use!

3. Bake Christmas cookies.

Cookies are the bomb. Last year my friends and I made the best Christmas cookies ever. It was so much fun to get into the holiday spirit and have some girlfriends come over to make cookies in our Christmas pajamas, and take pictures of course. I also love to buy the Holiday Sugar cookies from Walmart that are holiday themed and you just pop them into the oven.

4. Go Sledding.

My husband and I like to get a group of friends together and go sledding! Sometime's we will go sledding at the cabin, or just somewhere in the mountains! We always forget how much fun sledding is until we go.

5. Hot Chocolate Runs.

Hot Chocolate is my favorite drink in the winter! My favorite place to get hot chocolate from surprisingly is 7-Eleven, they have the best , I always put the vanilla flavoring in mine and it tastes soooo good! Hot chocolate is the perfect drink to warm up your body when it's freezing outside!

6. Make S'mores by the Bon Fire!

We love roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, but making s'mores is even better! Bryston and I invite our friends over and we all roast marshmallows and sometimes starburst on the fire. I always look forward to doing this every year with our friends! It's so much fun to be outside under the stars surrounded by pine tree's, but also staying warm.

7. Ice Skating

This year I want to go Ice Skating Downtown at a place called the Gallivan Center. It's an outdoor Ice Skating Arena that is all lit up at night. Ice Skating makes for a great date night, or a girl's night out. On Tuesday's they have a really good deal for just $5 a person! http://www.thegallivancenter.com/ice-skating

8. Downtown Photoshoot.

Bryston and I love doing photoshoots and taking photo's for memories. Downtown during the Christmas Holiday Season is beautiful. I want to do a fun holiday couple's photoshoot at City Creek Center ( City Creek is a big outdoor shopping mall in Downtown Salt Lake City) I think it is such a pretty location to shoot at.

9. Christmas Shopping

One of my most favorite things to do is go Christmas Shopping. I love shopping for my husband, because it's such a challenge for me every year to figure out the perfect gift/gifts. I also love to shop for my family and friends, it always puts me in the best holiday spirit. I also love to shop for the best bargains. I'm thinking of putting together a gift guide on my blog for you guys!

10. Bake Home Made Cinnamon Rolls in PJ'S.

I love breakfast! I love making a big breakfast in the morning. However my Husband isn't really into breakfast, but cinnamon rolls are always good for both of us! I'm excited to make home made cinnamon rolls in our pajama's one morning. Every year on Christmas Eve we get matching pajama's from my In-Laws as tradition. This year we will be spending time in Florida and going to Disney World so our pajama's are going to be Disney Themed, I can't wait!

11. Downtown Temple Square Lights.

We love going as a family every year Downtown to Temple Square see the Christmas Temple Lights. Every year starting the day after Thanksgiving the Salt Lake Temple grounds are decorated with Christmas lights on every single tree, it is so beautiful to walk around, and then get hot chocolate after. This is definitely a tradition I want to keep for our family. To read more about it I posted a link below! https://www.templesquare.com/christmas/

12. Make Caramel Apples.

Caramel apples always make the best snack! I started making my own caramel apples and it is so easy and fun! I want to get together with friends this year and make caramel apple's together!

13. Midway Ice Castle's.

Also at the top of list this year is to see the Midway Ice Castles. I have never been and have heard that it is a must see in Utah. I am so excited to go this year and hopefully take some awesome pictures. Here is a link to read more about them. https://icecastles.com/midway/

14. Zoo Lights.

I have never been to the Zoo Light's at Utah Hogle Zoo, but i'm excited to go! I love Christmas lights, and I love Animals,so why not see both at the same time! For about $10 a person you can go walk through the Zoo and see all of the lights. If you want more info on them I posted a link below. https://www.hoglezoo.org/promo/zoo_lights/

15. Volunteer!

The Holiday Season, and Christmas are all about giving. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in everything going on that we forget what we are thankful for and we forget what Christmas is all about. I want to Volunteer this year. I remember one year we helped a family in need and bought them lots of groceries, and bought the parent's and kid's gifts. I have never had such a warm feeling inside as I did that day. Out of all of the Christmas's I've had, that one by far was the most memorable. It was such an amazing experience to watch a family in need be so thankful. I know there are so many families that could use our help. Volunteering and service are so important to me, and I know I don't do it enough, but I want that to change. Let me know how you have Volunteered or served someone! Happy Holidays, Love you all! XOXO
